Supportive footwear with an effective grip, but preferably walking boots, are required, as are a packed lunch, a drink, sun cream, hat and spare warm and waterproof clothing. A walking stick may aid your balance.

Directions
M4 west to Junction 33, left towards Culverhouse Cross Cardiff Airport Signs A4232. Take the second exit to the roundabout. Take A48 west towards Cowbridge, then first exit to Cowbridge, go through traffic lights,along the Main Street past Town Hall on right, continue past Duke of Wellington Hotel on left. Look after P sign by Harry’s Cafe. Turn left into The Butts, go past first car park on the left, down to main car park on the right. PARK HERE NO CHARGE
